Some Projects Around the World
Kitchen Renovation in France
In the heart of the French countryside, in the Dordogne region — more precisely in Saint-Sauveur — two wonderful women, a mother and daughter, welcomed me into their kitchen.
Lucie, the daughter, had a very clear vision of what she wanted, which made it very easy to guide them through this renovation. The project took us one week to complete.
We painted the kitchen cabinets and sanded some areas to reveal the natural wood underneath. Lucie, who is also an artist specializing in leather goods, created the handles herself using leather. I made the countertop and backsplash with cement, clay, and deep gray resins, giving the kitchen a renewed, elegant, and natural finish.
The result was a practically new kitchen — functional, clean, and full of character. A truly beautiful transformation.

Small Bathroom Renovation in Spain
In this space, we faced our first challenge: it was very small. We had to carefully evaluate every possible layout for each bathroom element, including the shower, sink, bidet, and storage areas.
Although it initially seemed like a real challenge, the result became a unique and elegant bathroom.

Restoration of a Louis XI Sofa in France
This restoration was a true challenge. The sofa was in very poor condition and had belonged to a French family for more than 80 years. It had suffered water damage and was affected by wood-boring insects. Fortunately, we were able to rescue it.
The wood weevil, technically known as xylophagous curculionids, is an insect that, unlike common woodworm, usually attacks wood that already shows a certain degree of moisture or deterioration.
During the 20th century, Louis XV furniture underwent a major transformation, moving from exclusive aristocratic pieces to becoming part of a more accessible and widely produced design style. Its evolution was not a disappearance, but rather an adaptation to modern living and new decorative trends.
For this reason, our design for this sofa embraced a bold and contemporary approach: vibrant colors, black-finished wood, and a striking visual presence.
Its main characteristics include the cabriole leg, also known as the “goat leg,” ornamentation inspired by nature — such as shells and flowers — and the use of decorative techniques such as marquetry.

Relaxing Living Room: Barcelona
This space was very easy to achieve thanks to the client’s openness and the trust they placed in me to decorate and transform a beautiful area of their home into a place that invites calm, peace, and relaxation.
Without the need for many elements or colors, we achieved a sober and versatile balance.
Carved Wooden Sideboard,
Gavà, Barcelona
This is a carved wooden sideboard with influences from French Baroque and Renaissance styles, combined with a Spanish Castilian aesthetic from the 19th and 20th centuries. It is inspired by European furniture from the 17th and 18th centuries.
Its relief carvings represent nobility, unity, abundance, fertility, and the beauty of nature. Its symmetrical composition is typical of classical design, created to convey stability, balance, and social status.
This piece was modernized, and the drawers, which were in poor condition, were rebuilt. A special treatment was applied to the wood, and several parts of the relief details were restored, including helmets, flowers, and faces. Finally, it was painted in the color chosen by the owner of the piece.
In this composition, the wall was also painted, and a custom-made mirror was created to match the exact size and color of the space.

The “Voltaire” armchair is a Bergerac France
The “Voltaire” armchair is a classic French design from the mid-19th century, approximately between 1830 and 1850, during the reign of Louis Philippe. These pieces are recognized for their high, slightly inclined backrest, padded arms, and wooden structure, traditionally designed to provide comfort and rest.
For this restoration, we painted the chair in chalk white, giving it a soft shabby chic style. The striped fabric, in magenta and violet tones, brings a modern touch that is very common in contemporary design.
